I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, especially for a small business, but really want to save time and money for anyone else interested in getting alterations done. I had a terrible experience here! I have a maxi dress that I’ve loved for years and wanted to get it hemmed so that I could wear sandals with it on vacation (previously always worn with wedges). it wasn’t multilayered or anything and I thought it was quite simple. I went in and tried on the dress and The man who runs the place measured the back, but didn’t seem to measure and pin it all the way around. I thought he knew what he was doing and he did say his wife is the one who does the actual alterations so I let it go. When I picked up the dress, I took it home and the length in the back was fine, but it was still long in the front and touched the ground! I immediately drove back to let him know and left it with him AGAIN. He measured one side and said he’d get it back to me in 2 days in time for my trip. I got it back in time, but the hem was uneven! The right side was the right length, but the left side is STILL too long! I wore it on my trip, as it wasn’t too obvious to the public eye, but am upset I wasted $33 for an uneven hem! Will not be back
