I have purchased several high quality products from furniture to fabric. Sadly, empty promises made, poor communication and follow through occurred on my most recent purchase. . When nicely giving feedback to rep Sandy that the circumstances of undelivered promised parts to my new chairs were understandable but the manner of communication ( lots of excuses, no regret or apology for the inconvenience) was disappointing she hung up on me. The rep Sandy conveys that the business perspective is the only one that matters. Not the customer. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing..

Sadly, I guess I did not look like I had money to spend at this store! No one said Hello or May I help you in the 30 minutes I looked around the store. Will never go back. Yes, they were helping others, BUT YOU ALWAYS ADDRESS FUTURE POSSIBLE CLIENTS WITH “HELLO AND I WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY!” Worst customer service. I ended up going to Phoenix which has better home furnishings anyway. Ended up spending 30K! Your loss!
