Tracey was an absolute pleasure to work with. She truly delivers on her promise of a concierge-like experience. I always felt like my needs and desires were being appreciated and she acted more like an advisor than a salesperson. On top of helping me select a wonderful engagement ring diamond, she assisted with the setting design and saw the process through to the finished product.
