I cannot recommend Bella enough. I moved here from out of state and the property manager Tovah went absolutely above and beyond to make the process smooth. Since I couldn't be here in person she met with my cousin so we could do a virtual tour, allowed my cousin pick up the keys, etc. I haven't had to interact with anyone else in the office, but I'm assuming they're just as nice!
All of the other residents that I've met in the building have been very friendly and always ready to wish you a good day, plus so many people have dogs!
The building itself is very nice and well maintained. If something breaks then we're notified ASAP and maintenance is on it right away. It's a secure building with FOBs/a call box and I've never once felt unsafe. The neighborhood itself is fairly quiet, especially on weeknights. You get the usual downtown noises, but it's honestly not that noticeable unless you have a window open.
For being my first apartment back home in 8 years, I couldn't have asked for a better place to live. I'm looking forward to renewing my lease again next year!
