My main goal was to reduce the bags under my eyes, but I opted for the full-face treatment, and I’m so glad I did! The entire process took about an hour and a half, and it was very smooth from start to finish.
Ken, the medical assistant, applied numbing gel, and after giving it time to take effect, the procedure began. I was impressed with how painless it was—just a slight bit of discomfort at times, but nothing major at all. Dr. Rick was wonderful throughout, explaining everything as it happened, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in the process.
The staff were all incredibly friendly and professional, and I appreciated the thorough communication both before and after my visit. The atmosphere in the medspa is so serene and relaxing, which added to the overall positive experience.
