I got a pair of glasses from Bella Vision Redmond, the frame broke in about 7 months. They charge $20 for replacing the frame even it's within the warranty, then they were not able to put my glasses into to the frame. They don't have any technician, the ones who deal with your glasses are the reception desk stuff, you can image what the service will be like. I'd avoid them for getting your glasses, since if you have any problem, it's really hard to get it repaired.

I just picked up my new glasses from the Redmond Bella Vision to which I returned after I bought a pair from them 3 years ago. Once again I was very pleased with the service I received there as they went above and beyond my expectations to help me get what I wanted. I was looking for a specific brand and style of frame which they didn’t have in the store at that time, but they graciously offered to contact the rep to obtain their product case and allow me to choose from among those possible options. I found a frame I liked, and I'm very happy with them.

Bella Vision is great, I highly recommend them! The staff are so friendly and very helpful with any questions. I absolutely loved my Oakley prescription sunglasses! The best glasses I’ve ever owned!
