Im very disappointed with our Prosser home! We moved in on May 21 2022! Our house looks like a fixer upper it’s falling apart. Will not be recommending them to anyone! They don’t even deserve the 1 star but it would not let me post without one

All Hayden homes offer featured as standard where most builders use them as an upgrade and charge nice amounts for them, this is a model home with wonderful real estate agents, including assistances.

Hayden homes doesn’t deserve the one star rating as I am highly disappointed with their warranty process. I moved in June 10 2022 and submitted multiple warranty requests regarding the spalling of my Driveway. Lucky for me it only took Hayden Homes two years to tell me they will not be covering the damage even though John from Hayden home said the concrete guys will schedule for repairs. I will be taking legal action as this is unacceptable and unprofessional on Hayden Homes part. Following up on this post from 2 months ago and I still haven’t heard back from Hayden Homes regarding my driveway.
