Bellevue Chevron Gas & Tiki Car Wash

Visited this car wash with my brand new car and unfortunately left with a 2 inches scratch on the side. It's unclear whether this occurred during the manual pre-cleaning or the automatic wash cycle. Additionally, I noticed that the brushes seemed unclean, leaving numerous black marks on both the front and back of my car. Thankfully, after washing these marks at home, it appears they didn't cause any additional scratches.

The worst car wash ever. We did car wash here. We get a lot of scratches . We was trying to talk with manager. He said that our was like this before we got there.

I love coming here for car washes. Staff are always nice and my car is always clean. Convenient location too!
