We were trapped in the elevator in our daughter's apartment building. The apartment's emergency call service was totally useless. But the Bellevue fire department responders were outstanding. They arrived very quickly and got us out of the elevator, giving us plenty of time to catch our plane. They were wonderful people.

Today at 10 my mom fainted in the dollar tree checkout line. the Bellevue fire department came and they were so nice with her. Bought her some food got her back up on her feet and stayed with her until I got there. She ended up being fine. Just low blood sugar but definitely a big Scare I myself was so worried about my mom. I did not get a chance to payback that fire man for buying my mom some food. So the firemen that did that and his partner. Thank you so much. You're definitely appreciated
