This review is only about the customer service.
My cousin-in-law is a rare coin enthusiast, and we were already in town for another gig. However, the night before, we made an appointment to have her coins appraised.
We arrived on time for the appointment but were not greeted. I wouldn't say that staff was unfriendly or lacking warmth, but it was busy.
Regardless of the appointment, we still had to wait in a significant queue of other customers. When we stood in the line, after about 10 minutes or so, my cousin asked if there was anyone working specifically with people who had appointments. The associate, JARRICK (sp?) asked when it was and proceeded to tell us that we were late. After explaining that we showed up on time, he shrugged it off and told us that we would be next. We were then attended to by ALEX, who went through the appraisal process of my cousin's coins. She was very kind, patient, and informed. During this time, another associate lent his support to Alex (possibly management) and belittled my cousin during her appraisal appointment. Alex was able to salvage the conversation, but I would highly suggest that more staff work on their affect and customer service interactions. It was very off-putting, and I struggle with recommending this establishment to friends and colleagues in the future.
