Shopping here was hands down one of the best customer service experiences of my lifetime. Here are the reasons why:

1) We were helped immediately. 2) They took the time to personally show us every single rug in the sizes we needed. 3) We were offered beverages multiple times. 4) They showed us how the rugs looked on the floor vs. just hung up & it made a huge difference. 5) They gave us an amazing deal. 6) Staff was extremely friendly & helpful but not pushy in any way.

We were even going to price other stores but didn't bother - decided to buy on the spot.

Most importantly, the rugs are beautiful, quality is incredible, and they look wonderful in our home. They even offered to exchange if we didn't like them but we won't be doing so because they are so gorgeous!

We bought two rugs from Gazalle Fine rugs and are highly satisfied with our purchase. Mr Hassan and his team were very courteous. They helped us try many different options that fit our decor and taste and worked within our budget. We tried few other rug shops in the area and no one worked as hard to help us find the right set of rugs. I would go there back for my future rug purchases. Highly recommended!
