Friendly, helpful, fast. Jumped my car, then, when it couldn't hold a charge, towed it to the dealership. He also charged me less than the original estimate. Great help

I made a terrible mistake and shorted out my truck trying to jump start it. Called Masood to get it towed to the dealership. When Masood came, he said that he can try to start my truck for no additional cost and if that fails, he will still tow my truck to the dealership. He was right! He helped me get the truck jump started by bypassing the dead limb on the distribution fuse block. For that service, he charged me less than the towing cost! Great, honest, personable guy ready and willing to help with your vehicle with more than just towing. He will help you get your car back on the road, even if it means less money for him. He says he got over 20 years of experience and just wants to help people whenever he can and it shows. I highly recommend him and Bellevue Towing without reservations.

On-time and great service! Thry did try to revive my dead car before start towing it to save repair money for me. The key drop post towing was also professional, as they took a video of my car in the parking lot of the car repair shop After towing was complete.
