We had a water issue under our home and needed to hire a quality contractor to help us. We spoke with several, and clearly this company was the best!
The scope of our project involved mold remediation, mold prevention. Installing a new vapor barrier in what was a dirty, messy, wet crawlspace.
The workmanship is top quality. The communication was impeccable and refreshing to see.from a contractor. While price is always a big question. I was cleary informed of costs up front and that's exactly what I was charged. Kyle and Kyle are conscious of social distancing and complied with safety measures regarding Covid. Kyle has deep knowledge and is environmentally friendly using only the proper product for the job. We chose all natural and non-toxic pest products. They have been quite effective and easy on our family and pet.
This is the only place to call for vapor barrier, encapsulation, crawl space maintenance, vapor barrier installation and more!
Thank you so much! I was mainly in contact with Kyle concerning mold in our attic. This company was promptly on time, kept our scheduled date, and communicated throughout the entire process. This was especially important considering we were out of town.
Throughout the entire process Kyle sent me pictures of before and after. We just bought a house with mold issues in the attic. It was a two day process and both days Kyle kept me updated on the progress. IN ADDITION to the work he was contracted to do, he sent us some tips about other areas of the house that need some maintenance to ensure the mold doesn’t come back.
On top of this, we had some issues with making payment over the phone (bank issues) but Kyle was patient with us as we worked with our bank.
Overall, I recommend this company for any mold issues you have! They are very mindful of not only what needs to get done but also all the systemic factors leading to the issue of mold in the first place.
