When Bell's Cookie Co. was first coming on-line at the beginning of 2020 I knew then, that these cookies were going to be special. To witness owners, Brooke and Tomas, test and experiment with countless dough batches, tweaking recipes, and finding their identity to inspire such great positivity during such challenging times has left me in awe. There are several decent cookie bakeries in Seattle, but none thus far come close to the still warm, gooey, chewy delectables at Bell's Cookie Co. Personal go-to's include the Colombian Corn, Triple Peanut Butter, classic Chocolate Chunk, and a lap around Green Lake Park. Enjoy!

Amazing customer service! The guy there answered all our questions and helped us pick the best cookies. Order the Columbian corn, shamrock shake and chocolate chunk. The corn one is super unique and fun to try. My absolute favorite was the shamrock shake, such a soft cookie and perfect balance mint and chocolate.

A very special treat for a very special person. 1/2 a dozen cookies in one box. The seasonal cookie was not heart shaped like I expected, but it was unique in its own way. My favorite cookie has to be the s’mores. Crunchy and chewy. It’s also shaped like a one button remote control. “From our oven to your heart.”
