I trusted this place to put my 14 year old border collie down. It was really rough as he was my best friend, right. On the form his name was spelled wrong. So I scratched it out and wrote it correctly. There was even a box that said "is your pets name spelled correctly". I checked no and supplied the correct spelling. Instead of reading "Machiatto" his box reads "Macchiato". Consider this review a cancelation for our other pet appointment. Attention to detail makes a big difference when it's someone's best friend.

Best veterinarian I have been to in the last couple three years. No waiting oh and they take emergencys without making you wait 2 months or making you sit in there parking lot for 12 hours. The people there are kind and caring.

Best Vet clinic I have ever taken my pets to. The vet took their time with my dog Jamie and made sure he was comfortable with her. She was extremely loving and patient. All staff was very good with my dog who is a 95 pound 7 month old puppy. Jamie is a handful, and they enjoyed him so much. He wasn't nervous at all, I didn't feel rushed at all. They did lots of extra things to help me with Jamie. There wasn't one unfriendly staff member. I am so upset I am moving away because I know Belltowne is one in a million. I even missed an appointment for my cat because I couldn't find him (He's indoor/outdoor) and they even tried rescheduling other people to get him in. They go above and beyond. Take your pet here, they will be well taken care of!
