Our encounter with belmont HVAC Pro was simply outstanding! From the moment we made our first inquiry call to interacting with the AC repair expert Leo, and the installer Everett. Their service was incredibly professional, swift, and everything was completed in a single day. They offered a variety of AC repair options, and didn’t press us into choosing the more expensive services. Our decision was honored. We're extremely satisfied with our choice and had a comfortable sleep. A big thank you to you all!

At the behest of my mother, I'm penning this review. Leo, Everett, and another technician from Belmont HVAC Pro in Belmont carried out exemplary heater repair services for her. She had to recently replace her heater, and also had some additional services performed. There was an initial hiccup with the first technician who visited her home, but upon my suggestion, she called back and requested Leo for the first heater repair job. She was thoroughly impressed with Leo's professionalism, work quality, and demeanor, and asked me to give him 'the highest rating'. She had the same great experience when Everett and the other technician came to perform further work. Furthermore, I have to commend the representative who patiently explained all her options in simple terms without overwhelming her or trying to upsell unnecessary services. Yes, my mom had to remind them to schedule her in, and she had to ensure she was getting what she paid for, as anyone should. But let's face it, no company is perfect; you'll always find a less than pleasant employee, and scheduling glitches are inevitable, especially during peak periods. That being said, I would highly recommend Belmont HVAC Pro to anyone in need of quality heater repair services. Overall, the professionalism, workmanship, and ethics are top-tier. They could enhance their customer communication, ensure better follow-up from the technician to the office, and improve their scheduling process. But all things considered, they provide a reliable service.

Contacted Belmont HVAC Pro recently regarding a potential gas leak that another HVAC service had found during a routine checkup. As first-time homeowners, we were unaware that Belmont HVAC Pro had initially installed our heating systems. The customer service representative we spoke to was incredibly friendly and efficient, promptly scheduling us for an inspection the following day. Their technician, Leo, visited our home and resolved the issue swiftly. He also checked our second heating system to ensure there were no additional gas leaks. Leo was excellent - informative, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend Leo from Belmont HVAC Pro. We are definitely sticking with their services for all our HVAC needs in our new house.
