I had a very bad experience with Dr.Girolami and the receptionist, she quoted our preventative lab test as general diagnostic instead of preventative, and the bill came to me which it shouldn't, I called my insurance and they confirmed that the quote is a wrong procedure quote for preventative and advised me to call doctor and ask her to change it, I called 3 times and describe the situation to receptionist and the all she said was the quote is correct and doctor will not change it and your case is closed. That is so frustrating that you know you will be covered fully by your insurance but due to the doctors wrong quote I should pay on my pocket for preventative lab test.

These are the best Doctors I have ever met. They do it all. Take a look at their services, kids, teens, adults, general health, women's health, well care, sick care. It is what I need for 90% of any time I would talk to a doctor. They always get me in same day or next day. Who wants to call a doctor and tell them you are sick just to have them tell you to come in 2 weeks from now? I have never felt rushed or blown off. I am an engineer and sometimes ask very detailed questions that they are happy to answer. Practical medicine for real people.

I wish there was a way to get notified of bills other than just post, it's hard to keep track and you can't even pay the bills online, you have to call in. There was no email or message either, and I got charged a late fee unnecessarily.
