Appreciated the young man that fixed our dishwasher today. He called 30 minutes ahead of time and then arrived. He was very polite, knowledgeable, asked me questions and then fixed the problem. I appreciated him being so personable and efficient. Thanks Bemis!

Great help to make the sale. Bought LG fridge January of 2022 in July 2023 have to call an independent repair person because they only do warranty repairs. I could have saved $$$ buying from Lowes or Home Depot if they disclosed that up front but they lied at the time by promising to service what they sold. If I need a replacement it won't be purchased here, will never give them another dime.
