Had a very pleasant experience at Ben Bridge Jeweler! The sales associate who helped me, Joseph, was the definition of excellent customer service. He was friendly, patient and attentive. Not only was he very informative about the merchandise available, he was also very informative the history of the company which was fun to learn. With his assistance, I was able to find a gorgeous diamond necklace for my best friend for her upcoming birthday. I’m very excited to give it to her. Thanks Joseph and Ben Bridge!

Sales staff, especially, Sharon were pleasant, professional and worked as a helpful team. Bought an expensive ring and later decided it wasn't what I wanted. I returned it as was their offer. The return was handled as professionally and with the same courtesy as the purchase. I'll return to Bellingham Be Bridge Jewelers when i am ready to buy jewelry.
