I had a fantastic experience with a recent horological acquisition! The real MVP of this experience was my sales associate Jamie at the Washington Square Ben Bridge. I have worked with Jamie for many years. She is amazing! Jamie is genuine, honest and is great to talk to. She is that rare person who not only enjoys watches herself, but is extremely knowledgeable about the product. She knows then watches inside and out. Having this in common makes for a great experience and one that i look forward to each time i see her. She has gone out of her way for my family and myself. I had a great experience with Amy. She was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions about diamonds. On top of that, she offered to fix my diamond ring that had a loose setting.
Overall it was a great experience.
