Customer service here is lacking. Despite seeing three different employees circle around me during my visit, not one spoke to me. Every time I looked at or picked up an item someone was rushing over to make sure I put back. After making my purchase, which I was considering not just on principle, the three employees audibly said "damn I didn't think he'd buy anything" I would have bought more if I wasn't being circled like a vulture. If you want to stop shoplifting, you should try actively engaging with customers.

I am an artist, Ben Franklin is my go to for art supplies if I didn’t get what I need online. I have been frequenting the Monroe store ( 2 or 3 times a month) for about 5 years now. Prices are reasonable but are high for me. I get followed a lot though and that is weird and and off-putting for me at times. I
