UPDATE I sent a email to management as requested in the reply and never received a response. 👎🏼
This establishment does not accommodate allergy requests, despite having a sign inside the store saying otherwise. I have a gluten allergy and many of the ice cream flavors themselves are gluten free, so I had asked them if they can open a fresh ice cream bin with a fresh scooper. I was told that they could not do this because the ones out on display were the only ones that were thawed out. The employees also seemed blindsided by this request and annoyed at me for asking, which tells me they were not trained in any type of allergy protocol. If this is the case, that is very concerning to have that sign inside the store displayed. It was very poor customer service and I will definitely not be coming back. If you have any type of food allergy, I warn you against coming here.
