I'll start by saying WOW! 5 years ago when I switched to StateFarm with Ben Kirby I was hesitant. I had never had a major insurance company before and had a horrible driving record for speeding. Samantha was nothing but honest and helpful to get me the best coverage and deals. She always talks everything out and makes sure you clearly understand what is happening. I appreciate the entire staff at Ben Kirby's office but Samantha is who I always hope to talk to. I wouldn't dream of switching company's. Highly recommend and will definitely always let people know who the best insurance company is!! KEEP UP THE PHENOMENAL WORK 😃 P s. I took Samantha's advice 5 years ago and stopped speeding!
If I could give 500 stars .... I WOULD!!! This office is AMAZING. I can’t even explain how Ben Kirby State Farm .... specifically Sam... has helped me out on so many insurance policies. Ben is kind and helpful and Sam is just AMAZING with all her clients. Customer service is impeccable here ... I’ll NEVER GO ANY WHERE ELSE for my insurance needs. I’ve referred several people to this agency because of how great they are. State Farm is great... and Sam and Ben really are WONDERFUL.
