My family and I attempted a project with Fred and Sarah two years ago. To say the experience went less than ideal would be an understatement. We were treated rudely. Our suggestions and feedback were questioned and ridiculed. The lack of planning, the poor quality of the workmanship, and the overall air of aggression and superiority led to one of the most negative experiences we have ever had with any kind of hired help. Several years later, we are still finding mistakes, cut corners, and plants keep dying. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Condescending and rude owners- even while taking your money...what's not to like? Heaven help those of us who may know something about horticulture and landscaping....I am no longer willing to have my head snapped off when interacting with the owners--especially Sarah. I shopped there 3 times and left disgusted every one of those times. 6 expensive items bought by two neighborhood households--master gardeners both- died shortly after planting. Fortunately, the Bend area has many other fine nurseries and the only price you pay shopping at those places is for your item. If I could give 0 stars I would. This review is based on observations between Sarah, my neighbors and other customers. I forgot to mention that quoted prices changed between customers for the same tree (notice no pricing on nursery stock), a few things my neighbor put on hold were sold to others, and a price quoted to a different neighbor for a tree she had on hold went up when she picked it up. On top of the other apparent communication issues, its hard to understand the function of the backhanded communication style. Both verbal and nonverbal. Regarding your reply to this SaraH: you are right! you wont find record of me because I could never bring myself to purchase. You tagged a couple of things for me but those disappeared as I was wandering looking with my friends. I bought nothing and left with 2 burned friends. Three times in 3 months. Trust just doesn't happen. We can't wish it so. Work ethics are can be learned.
