I worked with Tamara through a very effective Yoga Therapy series. It was a thorough process with a gentle, custom practice tailored to my body, mind & emotions to help me sleep better & reduce anxiety. So appreciate it! And am getting better sleep (& more of it) each night. Thank you!

I feel so much healthier since going to BendnMove. I love my gentle yoga class. With Arthritis, it's great to have a class that is gentle enough for me to participate in. In the past I've taken Feldenkrais and it is also wonderful. I feel healthier, stronger and have more balance since I've been takin these classes. What's great about BendnMove is that there are classes for every level of participation, from the most gentle Yoga class to more intense Barre or Yoga classes. An amazing place.
