Dr Rafii was the doctor that took care of me post surgery on my left vocal cord in UCLA. 8 years later, I felt like I was loosing my voice again so I went to find Dr Rafii again and thought that paying for consultation fee out of pocket (because didn’t take PPO insurance) was worth it because I knew I was going to be in good hands. I would highly recommend Dr Rafii to anyone!

This office is incredible. It has been a long time since I felt this cared for, with this much ease reaching the doctor himself and the staff. A combination of medical excellence, administrative excellence, and kindness - along with the willingness to actually take time with patients and follow up to check in - this is so rare these days. If you need an ENT I highly recommend Dr. Rafii and his office.

Dr. Rafii and his team are exquisite! Brandon was able to schedule me quickly and was so helpful with pre-appointment details. Dr. Rafii took time with me to consider my entire vocal history before doing the exam. He used both the rigid (mouth) and flexible (nose) scopes to get the best views of my vocal cords. He gave me a clear plan of action for my next steps toward vocal health and we will follow up in a few months.
