Greetings, I took my 2001 F250 V10 in for some AC work after it began to stop blowing cold and making a horrendous noise during a long road trip home from Arizona. Not good. Took the truck into Bennett and met with Joe who was quick to get me a preliminary diagnosis and an estimate. It was explained to me that until they get into the job, that they wouldn't know if I had done more damage to the AC system which would greatly increase the estimate. After leaving them the truck I received an update a few hours later with good news that the AC system was not damaged and only the compressor and a few other parts needed replacement. I felt this was honest work and these people are trustworthy in my opinion.
I also met with Matt who was equally professional and genuine. The work was finished the next day and my AC blows quiet and freezing cold, like it did when it was new. I highly recommend giving them a chance.
