I lived in Benson Downs for 2 years and sadly had to leave this beautiful home only because I wanted a bigger space. I only have good things to say about Benson Downs cause the complex itself is beautiful and super pet friendly. My dog loved the place and had a bunch of friends! The office staffs are super helpful, super communicative, you will receive an email update on everything. Rent payment and other services request, bulletin boards etc are made so much easier via Resident app. Maintenance people are awesome, always on time, never had any maintenance delay! The trash is picked up from your front door, you get an assigned parking space, the towing service is awesome and the neighborhood is pretty quite as well. The only issue was missing packages but that too a lot of time was a mistake made by the delivery drivers! And the dog park could be a little better! When I moved out, I had forgotten some stuff in my laundry dryer and dishwasher, they actually called me to inform me about it which was super nice and says a lot about the office staffs! Will definitely miss living here!!
Luda and Tammy in the leasing office are magnificent. They helped my roommates and I navigate an issue on our application with a short turnaround time until our move-in date was finalized. I also want to give kudos to the amazing maintenance team who have always responded to our requests quickly!
Everyone is very approachable in the complex, should a resident need anything, and they are always informing residents via email of any new events or updates they have to share with the community. I have always felt safe here and enjoy using the amenities offered.
My only ongoing concern is the lack of parking for residents. Many residents have guests over and unregistered vehicles that take up spots for residents at night, making it hard to find parking after 8pm. Other than that, I genuinely enjoy living at Benson :)
