We are repeat customers of Benson Hill Septic and will be using them again. I would definitely recommend them! They are always prompt and personable. Pumping poo is a yucky job, but they are so good natured about it.

In our most recent service in May, we were experiencing problem. Unfortunately, they were booked out further than we were able wait. They gave me a recommendation of another company. They could have charged me a lot more and put someone else out to get me in right away or they could have just let me fend for myself in finding someone else. I was impressed that they prioritized my situation over their profits.

They ended up having a short-notice cancelation that I was able to take advantage of before the other company could get me in. The process was nice and smooth and everybody was great to work with.
