So convenient and lots of choices. Also a great way to avoid Safeway and Andronicos. Better prices than those two markets as well.

Not a bad little grocery for the area. Means you can avoid Andronico's and Safeway which is best done at all costs.

Hands-down the best small scale produce store in berkeley, carrying regional and local produce, dairy, dry goods, and a smattering of asian and middle eastern condiments. I normally do not share such gems with outsiders, (Yes I am like that) however, I have to note that the produce here is both fresher, and cheaper, than produce purchased at either of the safeway stores. So, I on occasion do my meat and staples at safeway, and then get my fruit and veges here. Family run, a Berkeley Treasure.
