Mr.berry is very evasive over the phone & will lie / mislead to avoid questions I had a few basic questions pertaining to a product I was interested in, he was rude generally uninterested / unprofessional Over the phone.

I was pushed off multiple times via phone throughout the week & was told “that later he’ll have some time tomorrow” The following week I called again & “He needing to get back to me later on… after his freight meetings were all done” No return call was made by him.

Then after contacting him later the following week on a final attempt I was again fleeced / brushed off “another shipping meeting had just started!” But “I would be called back shortly”. No call back/ texts were made.

Sadly I cannot stress enough how little Trust I have for business owners That just do not care about customers Then lie / mislead to escape customers they find inconvenient.
