First time in the store. Staff was fast, friendly and efficient. Most importantly they had exactly what I was looking for. I drove a long way to get there. Glad I did

I must give Bertrand's Music store an excellence in service, friendliness and overall professionalism. They took time explaining how my out- of-store order would be handled and received in the most expedient manner. L

Spoke to someone on the phone to talk about they could determine if my instrument was worth repairing or not, but I'd need to bring it in. Once I get here, I'm told that their techs in San Marcos are the only ones that could determine that and they don't do any evaluations in the store so my son would be without an instrument for 6-8 weeks. They wouldn't even open the case. I drove 30 mins to get here just to have my time wasted.
