Five neighbors and myself needed our roofs and gutters cleaned and all have tile roofs. We got five other bids and all was higher than Best American Roofing. Of all the other contractors Oscar was the only one that went up on the roofs and did inspections before giving us our estimates. The dates and start times was always on time as he had promised to us. Oscar was always inspecting and monitoring the other employees work. Before finishing he went up on the roof and inspected all the work that had been done and corrected anything that needed to be done. Oscar and his employees does outstanding work and we all was greatly satisfied with him and his employees. I had 5 inch ( K5) gutters and he installed 6 inch (K6) with the screens and he gave me a great price over the other bids I received. Even though his office is in Puyallup we all live in Lacey. If you have roofing or gutters that needs work I highly recommend Best American Roofing you have nothing to lose to get a free estimate.
