The service was fast and the selection was good. The lady in the office has a cute friendly dog and I have a new stereo for a very reasonable price. There's even free parking in back.

I've had nothing but great experiences aside from my last one. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I probably won't return. Do they do quality and quick work? Yes. Are they always polite and convenient? Ummmm

Agree with others. Don’t trust her. She’s the rudest owner and stubborn staff that I noticed since I stepped foot in Berkeley 5 years ago and as I leave Berkeley today.
