Excellent all across the board. When we were considering purchasing our house, the stipulation from the finance company was it needed updating and restoring before they would even consider it. We were on a tight budget and needed the floor leveled, new flooring installed, and the roof repaired. Quite a bit of work to say the least. The first few calls to general contractors were not viable options. One literally laughed at me. Not so with Arvon.
He showed up the day after our initial conversation with tools in hand. He worked with us on the budget, gave all the info needed for the finance company, and we closed on the house. As soon as it cleared, he was there working. He exceeded all expectations again and again. All new floors, extra support in the basement, and the roof repaired. He replaced the insulation, which had not been planned, but he still did it. He even painted our house for us; this was not in the contract anywhere, but because there had been a bad smell and my wife was pregnant and we already had a little one, he just took care of it for us. Really classy.
Bottom line, he did what he said he was going to do, and well. Thanks to his help, we are now in our house and loving it. Thanks a bunch Mr. Gregory!
