I am a bit baffled by the many complaints I see in the comments. I’ve bought many appliances here over several years. This is a bare bones place. That is why it is cheaper. The manager is fantastically helpful. The staff are totally fine. These products come in and go out very quickly for all sorts of reasons, the staff only have limited information. You are expected as a customer to do some research of your own. The staff are there to help get your stuff out the door smoothly which they do. This is closer to Costco vibe. Everybody relax. They have amazing brands, but you have to know these units are there for a reason. Sometimes the tiniest scratch. I have never had an issue with any purchase here.
