This is my second time working with Best Buy Auto. The first time was great! We traded in our Malibu for a truck, and it was a quick and easy process! Now, we came back to trade in the truck for a 2017 Honda pilot! Jose is who helped us and he was super straightforward, honest, and helpful! He was able to get our payment down to just $160/month! Definitely will be going back to Jose at Best Buy Auto the next time we’re looking for a car!

Roman was very nice, and got me a decent price below asking based on market value. No attempt to pressure a sale, and no pushback when I asked to calculate for my down payment instead of no money down. I was in and out in about an hour. Effortless.

I have bought 6 vehicle from best buy auto. They have always taken care of me. If I had any issues they were right there willing to help. Would definitely recommend doing business there
