I did not have any similar issues like the other truck drivers reported. We showed up on time to our delivery, checked in at the guard tower (BOL, reference #, truck & trailer # and CDL) check-in was less than 5 minutes and the 2 gentlemen were very nice. They will get your seals off, open your doors and give you a door number. Within a minute of parking I got the red light and 45 minutes later it was green and I was off. There is a very clean restroom in the driver's lounge located between door 918 and 919, this is also where you collect your paperwork to depart.

This review is for the customer service experience of Best Buy's Warehouse, not the commercial truck driver's experience.

I had to pick up a television and intended to bring shrink wrap, which I forgot to bring, because rain was in the forecast. When I arrived at the warehouse I explained to the lady at the customer pick up area and she was more than accommodating and when I arrived at the door for loading, a warehouse worker was already there with shrink wrap waiting. When the TV arrived he gave it a good wrapping, loaded it into my truck, and the experience could not have been more efficient and customer service oriented.

A big thanks to this Best Buy Warehouse staff! They saved me a long drive home in traffic only to have returned a second time! Their staff is the best!

This place is amazing. My boyfriend and I came to pick up a 65 in TV. Waaayy to big for the sedan we brought to get it in. For what felt like at least 30 minutes a team of 4 people helped us wrangle the TV into our car. We had to try 20 different ways, taking the TV out of the box and eventually leaving the window open but we could not have done it without them. I cannot imagine a better customer service experience. Don't do what we did but if you do know that you are in the best of hands.
