The good: My gf sold her laptop for store credit yesterday and Anthony at the customer service counter was excellent! He was patient enough to look for the exact model of the laptop to trade it in for store credit. Luckily, he found it and we got the credit.
Next the bad, we took a look at the new Apple laptops and we decided to buy one here. After waiting for 10 minutes, the salesperson Efran met us at the laptops and we told him we just wanted the laptop. He was so pushy about monthly payments and 15% cashback but we told him we just want to pay for it straight. He kept saying it’s a good deal but the sleazy thing is he never mentioned it’s only when you open a Best Buy credit card. When we declined his tactics, he was visibly upset and was aggressively typing on his keyboard. Then he tried to sell us the warranty and we said no thank you. He yelled “You don’t want anything??” We were shocked and he made us feel bad. We used the store credit, paid for it and immediately left. We remembered why we just buy things online rather than coming in to deal with sleazy salesmen.
