Horrible experience. No more Best Buy for me . Amazon it is . I work from a company and we order TVs all the time from Best Buy . The manager a short Latina was absolute horrible and this happened on 11am 8.16.24 . I know going to that store in Pacoima would be a mistake but didn’t expect to be treated like that. It’s unfortunate and ppl like her is why Best Buy going out of business. I wish I got her name so her bosses can see the horrible customer service she provided . Never again Best Buy . You lost a very good customer

Don’t go to this store. Rachel the store manager won’t let you return ANY expensive item unless you bought it there. Juan the Geek Squad Lead Car Audio installer won’t do the free install unless you’re bringing in a newer car with zero damage to the trim.

I stopped by this Best Buy to pick up my Samsung TV during 4th of July sale. I been to this Best Buy before to pick up items last minute. This time, I used their store pickup option since I thought they would be busy. My order was ready for pickup the next day and the process was simple. I checked in on my phone when I was in line and they had it ready for me. They also have curbside pickup as well but I didn't want to use that option. This plaza where Best Buy is at can be busy because Costco is right next to it. The store is nicely organized and clean so it looks nice.
