Guy, I had to make this post.. So, I brought my old laptop to fix . It was fixed, but the screen broke. . This guy's at the Geek squad and Best Buy management were so responsible and gave me a decent credit towards a new laptop..it was great.. The where attentive, nice, understanding, and etiquette...yes they are busy, so I recommend an appointment. But that is why they are so busy ...Thanks everyone at Best Buy, God bless

It was a joy to visit. The friendly staff was working hard, and the location was well-maintained. Pricing is moderately high for products, yet the expertise of the associates is worth the trip. They had a huge selection of tvs and appliances. The holiday hours were posted for customers on the front door.

Guys ASK FOR KYLEE!!! She was AMAZING. She KNOWS WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT. She LITERALLY GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND for you. She is informative, patient , nice, respectful and will explain things to you at your level for you to understand and she doesn’t get annoyed about questions. Guys TRUST ME ASK FOR KYLEE!!!! Her customer service is ON POINT!!!!
