We love shopping at Bestbuy, the stores are always clean, employees helpful and friendly.
Bestbuy plus program has saved us hundreds this year and even gives you an extended return period.
Much preferred buying our electronics from Bestbuy rather than Amazon!

Best Buy customer support is absolutely terrible. I had an issue with my iMac and called geek squad to check if the issue was something they could handle. (My iMac wasn’t/isn’t connecting to WiFi.) I live an hour and a half away from the nearest location. Customer support not only told me they could fix my issue but that they could also replace my WiFi card if necessary…as well as add additional memory at my request. So, I scheduled an appointment, drove an hour and a half just to find out that they can only reinstall software…something I can do. I was told at the actual store that they can’t replace or repair any hardware or even add memory chips (which they carry and have in stock). Pretty upsetting as both my issues should have been resolved based on conversations with customer support. What was supposed to be a quick fix ended up with me having to “check in my computer” and pay a $40 service fee…I reluctantly paid the fee and left my computer and drove an hour and a half home. It’s been hours since I left my computer with no update from geek squad. I tried numerous attempts to contact someone at the location in sparks but all I get is some foreigner from a call center who has absolutely no idea how to connect me or how to handle my dilemma. All I get is…is an “I understand” then a call drop. Pretty lame.

Had a great experience buying a new tablet for the woman. The associate was knowledgeable and very helpful with deciding which was the best one for her. The store was very clean and the transaction was very quick. Great location in Spanish Springs. Recommend to all!!
