I entered with a need to do some research on a head unit for my custom vehicle. Between the customer service, knowledge base, attentiveness, and current sale, I left with a $1k kenwood with free installation. On the plus+ I was able to schedule my installation at a later date by phone, with a live agent, and received a follow-up from my local installer shortly after. I also received some great advisement on a rear camera to add on to the install after the fact with no hassle, super fluid and stress free experience.

This place is phenomenal, and I always go here to do my tech shopping. Whether I'm simply browsing some products, or looking to buy a new device, BestBuy's staff is always happy to help when they're not helping another customer. And they have sales all the time too, so you can get discounts on more expensive products nearly any time of the year.

I visited this Best Buy for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. T-Time provided exceptional service with a high level of professionalism, helpfulness, and politeness. Not only did I leave fully satisfied, but I also signed up for Best Buy Plus, which resolved my needs effectively. This will be my go-to store from now on.
