A nice young man was helping me. Kind of. He was constantly checking the messages on his watch. I finally asked him. " Am I bothering you?"
He commented that he just had a lot of things going on. I asked a couple more questions and left.
He was obviously busy and had no time to help a customer.

Wouldn’t return an item purchased less than 24 hours before. Manager tried making up an explanation using a scenario that didn’t even make sense for why they wouldn’t return the item. I have spent a lot of money at Best Buy over the years and would think they’d like to have return customers but apparently not. Sad thing is that the item wasn’t even very expensive. My value as a returning customer would have easily outweighed the return but not the brightest manager here. I will gladly pass on spending any more money here and purchase elsewhere in the future.

I’ve heard such good things about this Best Buy that I was shocked to be spoken to in such a snarky sarcastic manner. John on the geek squad wasn’t helpful at all and was quite condescending. All good, I’ll call the manufacturer myself since the broken item is still under warranty. Moving forward I will shop at Costco where they will take back anything I buy within a 10yr period and I will be greeted with a smile.
