There have been things that haven't quite made sense to me while dealing with best buy but overall customer service has been exquisite and there geek squad service is impressive as well. I've purchased 2 tvs and a refrigerator from bb in last 3 yrs. I really feel they've been as good and often times even better than i could have expected in that time.

They have absolutely the slowest and worst curbside pickup I have ever seen three times this month I have waited over 20 minutes for someone to bring it out to me if you're going to suck this bad just stop offering it as a comparison Target who is amazing at it I almost never wait more than 5 minutes max.
