Geek Squad adequately addressed my problem and didn’t charge me when I came in explaining my service so that was nice. They truly understood my issue and pointed me in the right direction as far as next steps to get further help.

Everyone was nice but they didn't have very many cameras in stock, they only had the (Canan rebel t7) so I just ordered the Sony a6700 form there web site it was very easy and everyone was nice

I typically have great experiences at most Best Buy stores. At this location, my niece and I visited here. Upon entry, we were quickly greeted by an employee who welcomed us and asked if we needed assistance. I inquired if I was able to pick up an online order that I had originally purchased at the East side store. We were directed to the Order Pickup window. I explained again. Was informed it could be done, however the transfer process could take anywhere from 5 mins to 45 mins. I was willing to wait. Thankfully, it took 5 mins. I also purchased a protection screen for my Iwatch 2/pk. Customer service was nice and prompt. They also assisted my niece with the return of her merchandise. All went very well.
