This is a nice Best Buy. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was a bit torn apart when I went in as they were changing out all of the TV displays. They also did not have the t.v. I came in to buy despite the website saying they had 2 at that location. They got me one from a different location, so all was good in the end. It is your typical Best Buy and I will be back I am sure.

The store's pretty nice, and there's plenty of staff on hand. However, this company is not focused on meeting customer needs and is more focused on selling one item or promotional. I also swear they played music over the store sound system every time I tried to speak while checking out. Prices in store are not as advertised on the website while the same product is in stock but discounted if ordered and picked up days later.

I purchased an external dvd drive. It never worked. Tried to return it with verified proof of purchase. And they refused to refund or give me store credit. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Best Buy. Completely untrustworthy store.
