This is the worst customer experience I have ever had before. I took my phone to get a fix here in the "geek" squad for my iPhone. They charged me 96.45 cents for the battery, and the phone never worked, and the worst thing was to talk with customer service. The worst of that is that the supervisor’s Geek squad did not know how to proceed with a solution and avoided ultimately coming to get it fixed; they offered me half of my money. In conclusion, these are unprofessional, and they do not have any work ethics with the customers.

Not very happy with my trip here. On their website, they are advertising that I can get a 20% discount on logitech accessories if I will recycle some old PC gaming accessories. I am trying to do that but customer service is saying they do not do that. I have pointed that on their website with my phone and they are claiming it is only on participating locations. The advertisement came up when I was searching logitech keyboards on their website with their location for pickup or for inventory. This store is misleading customers.

It has been SOOOOO long since I walked into a best buy. I was excited to go in to by an Oura ring but unfortunately none were in stock. But the service was A1. I was quickly assisted for my return & again for the sizing of the ring I'll need to order. Thank you guys 🫡 the customer service I have received at this location is the only reason I'm going through Best Buy. This location hasn't usually had the item in stock and I have to get it sent from a different best buy. But know it's only because the outstanding service here.
