my boyfriend is financing a laptop from here, and when he signed up, he was told if he was unhappy with the product at any point in his financing term, to bring it back and they can exchange the product. this was made very clear to us by 3 different staff.
the power supply started giving out on the computer, and he overall didn’t like the product, so we came in about 2 weeks ago and spoke to a staff member who was very lovely, and once again told us that we can bring it back at any point and exchange it for a new or different product. today we went down for the exchange for the manager to tell us something completely different, saying if it’s not within 30 days he can’t do anything. we told him that MULTIPLE of his staff have told us CLEARLY that at any point, we can exchange, but he said nothing can be done exchange wise. super frustrating when half the staff tells you one way and the other says completely different !
