I had ordered a monitor on the app which said they had the monitor there that day so i ordered it. I get to the store and i show them what im waiting for and told it’s getting prepared no big deal. Then i wait 30 more minutes and im like hey okay i ordered this for store pick up to be ready in less than an hour which should have been ready by the time i was there. Then i ask, “Hey, where’s my pick up? should be ready by now.” then im told the monitor doesn’t exist at their store because of an inventory mess up WEEKS prior. You should have that updated by now. Then i left to go to my work and i ordered another one while i was at work that ALSO should have been there. I get there same thing except this time i wait over 2 hours for them to tell me yeah sorry we don’t have that one here either after being told the guy is looking for it when i first got there again. Ended up spending 4 hours of my time waiting for their error. There were 8 people standing up front saying that there is a guy looking for it and no one did anything. I will never return here again this happened on 8/28/24. Don’t buy online and trust any of these employees. Most don’t know what they are doing and didn’t inform me when i was there to pick up my item there could be an error with it and it might not be there instead of me waiting for 4 hours on them to “try” to find the monitor they said they have.

Not friendly BUT RUDE@ NO HELP JUST POINT ME TO THE DIRECTION..... THEY SAY THE NICE STATE HUH THE ONLY THING NICE WAS THE SCENES TREES ETC, NOT THE PEOPLE, MISSISSIPPI ME PLEASE!

My Amazon order was not ready, and I found out I was early. Several people got involved and kept me updated. Everyone did their best, and I left with my order. I would say all the staff I interacted with went above and beyond. A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!
